Each artists will listen to your ideas and work up a drawing for your approval prior to your service. If a photo is blurry or pixelated, the artist cannot see the tiny details (like pores or eyelashes) that make a tattoo look “real.” We recommend professional photography or clear, outdoor daylight photos—avoiding screenshots or low-light selfies.

Realism tattoos age beautifully if designed with enough contrast. While they don’t have bold black outlines, we use “heavy blacks” in the background and shadows to “anchor” the design.
